After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anaphylactic shock, aphasia , blood pressure increased, candidiasis, pain , rash erythematous, swelling face. Phenergan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
