Phenelzine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 07, 2007. Female patient, 45 years of age, was treated with Phenelzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, respiratory arrest. Phenelzine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HALOPERIDOL, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE. Patient died on 01/01/2003.
