Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 20, 2007. Male patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, extrapyramidal disorder, muscle rigidity, pyrexia. Perphenazine dosage: 12MG EVERY DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, diarrhoea, drooling, dysphagia, mastication disorder, movement disorder , muscle rigidity, musculoskeletal stiffness, urinary incontinence . Perphenazine dosage: 8 MG BID PO. Patient recovered.
