Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on May 30, 2007. Male patient, weighting 107.1 lb, was diagnosed with nausea
, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypovolaemia, metabolic acidosis, shock, tumour haemorrhage. Perphenazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, SEROTONE, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, FLUOROURACIL, OMEPRAZOLE, OXALIPLATIN, ONDASETRON. Patient died on 04/26/2004.
