Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 30, 2005. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression, hypertension and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delirium, orthostatic hypotension, respiratory distress. Perphenazine dosage: 200 MG, QHS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LABETALOL, RAMIPRIL, IRBESARTAN, ESOMEPRAZOLE, MIDRODRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
