Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 06, 2008. Male patient, 55 years of age, weighting 193.6 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: crying, musculoskeletal discomfort. Perphenazine dosage: 4 MG PRN PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
