Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 02, 2006. Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cachexia, self injurious behaviour, treatment noncompliance, weight decreased. Perphenazine dosage: 12 MG (4 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORSL. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
