Perphenazine Side Effects Report #5029035-5
Perphenazine side effect was reported by a Physician from MALAYSIA on June 16, 2006. Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 70.55 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Perphenazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, surgery . Perphenazine dosage: 8 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, CLOZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/14/2006.
