Permetrexed and spinal cord compression Patient Reports February 07, 2012

Permetrexed side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 21, 2008. Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Permetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , spinal cord compression. Permetrexed dosage: 500 MG/M2 Q 21 DAYS I. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, COLACE, ZOFRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
