Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 10, 2008. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve disease, inflammation, liver disorder, osteonecrosis , pericardial effusion, tricuspid valve incompetence. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SELEGILINE, CERCINE, THYRADIN S, PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Permax dosage: 1.5 MG;TID;PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIFRAREL, MODOPAR, COMTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lymphadenopathy, pleural fibrosis, pulmonary arterial pressure increased, pulmonary fibrosis , restrictive pulmonary disease, rosai-dorfman syndrome, tricuspid valve incompetence. Permax dosage: 1 MG/3 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ELDEPRYL, SINEMET, APURIN, BERODUAL. Patient recovered.
