Permax Side Effects Report #5510128-0
Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 22, 2007. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac aneurysm, cardiac disorder, cardiac failure congestive, cardiac valve disease, dyspnoea, echocardiogram abnormal, mitral valve prolapse, mitral valve sclerosis. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA BENSERAZIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, SIFROL, SYMMETREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE, SELEGILINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMANTADINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/03/2006.
