Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anxiety , aortic valve incompetence, back pain , cardiac valve disease, chest pain , chordae tendinae rupture, coronary artery disease , dilatation atrial. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, PREMARIN, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE. Patient recovered.

Permax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 07, 2007. Female patient, 45 years of age, was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acanthoma, antinuclear antibody positive, atrioventricular block complete, cardiac murmur, cardiomegaly, chondroplasty, coronary artery disease , hyperkeratosis, interstitial lung disease. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NARBALEK, ULTRAM, PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
