Permax Side Effects Report #5266722-8
Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from NETHERLANDS on Feb 23, 2007. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, autonomic failure syndrome, blood culture positive, bradycardia, colon cancer, constipation , depressed level of consciousness, endocarditis , hepatic function abnormal. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COMTAN, SELEGILINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SYMMETREL, FLUDROCORTISONE ACETATE, OXAZEPAM, PANTOZOL, MAALOX FAST BLOCKER. Patient died on 01/20/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood ph increased, constipation , decreased appetite, gastritis, hepatic function abnormal, nail tinea, neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, SYMMETREL, LEVOTHYROXINE, SERMION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, SYMMETREL, LEVOTHYROXINE, SERMION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 25, 2005. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, bradykinesia, cogwheel rigidity, condition aggravated, confusional state, constipation , difficulty in walking, dyskinesia, dysphagia. Permax dosage: 1.5 MG/3 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, SINEMET CR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, SYMMETREL, LEVOTHYROXINE, SERMION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/17/2005.
