Permax Side Effects Report #5065158-2
Permax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 10, 2006. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cardiomyopathy , chest pain , depressed mood, depression , gait disturbance, insomnia. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, TOLEDOMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , chest wall mass, diaphragm neoplasm, haemothorax, pleural fibrosis, pleurisy, pneumonia aspiration. Permax dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/01/2004.

Permax dosage: 4 MG;QD. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, ZOLOFT, ATIVAN, PRILOSEC, PREMARIN, PAXIL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
