Permax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 11, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, anaemia, angina pectoris, aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy , cardiovascular disorder, cholecystectomy, coronary artery disease . Permax dosage: 7.5 MG DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, XANAX, COGENTIN, MYSOLINE, ZESTRIL, NITROGLYCERIN, CARDIZEM, ARTANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, anaemia, angina pectoris, aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure congestive, cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy , cardiovascular disorder, catheterisation cardiac. Permax dosage: 7.5 MG;QD. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX, BENZTROPINE MESYLATE, PRIMIDONE, ZESTRIL, CLYCERYL TRINITRATE, CARDIZEM, ARTANE, SINEMET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cardiomyopathy , chest pain , depressed mood, depression , gait disturbance, insomnia. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, TOLEDOMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, aortic valve stenosis, atherosclerosis, cardiac failure congestive, cardiomegaly, cardiomyopathy , cor pulmonale, dental treatment, mitral valve incompetence. Permax dosage: 4.5 MG/L DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
