After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, aortic valve sclerosis, cardiac valve disease, cholelithiasis, mitral valve incompetence, mitral valve sclerosis, nightmare, sleep apnoea syndrome. Permax dosage: 0.05 MG/1 AT BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with KLONOPIN, MIRAPEX, NEURONTIN. Patient recovered.
