and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acanthoma, atrioventricular block complete, bronchitis , cardiac failure congestive, carotid bruit, cervical cyst, chronic fatigue syndrome , conjunctival haemorrhage, coronary artery disease . Permax dosage: 0.075 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, MIRAPEX, PREDNISONE, XANAX, NARBALEK, ULTRAM, CLARITIN, FIORICET. Patient was hospitalized.
