Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with restless legs syndrome and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acanthoma, alanine aminotransferase increased, antinuclear antibody positive, arthropathy, aspartate aminotransferase increased, atrioventricular block complete, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, bursitis . Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NARBALEK, ULTRAM, PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
