Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 24, 2005. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with restless legs syndrome and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, aortic valve sclerosis, cardiac valve disease, cholelithiasis, mitral valve incompetence, mitral valve sclerosis, nightmare, sleep apnoea syndrome. Permax dosage: 0.05 MG/1 AT BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with KLONOPIN, MIRAPEX, NEURONTIN. Patient recovered.

Permax dosage: 4.5 MG/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, TIGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
