After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, vision blurred. Periochip dosage: ^12 CHIPS^ {30 MG MILLGRAM(S)} DENTAL. During the same period patient was treated with BENDROFLUAZIDE, ATENOLOL. Patient recovered.
