After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoptysis, rhabdomyolysis. Perindopril dosage: DAILY DOSE: 4 MILLIGRAM(S). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Perindopril dosage: DAILY DOSE: 4 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, GLICLAZIDE, OXYBUTYNIN, FRUSEMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Perindopril dosage: DAILY DOSE: 8 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, AMLODIPINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ASPIRIN, IBUPROFEN, OMEPRAZOLE, SIMVASTATIN. Patient died on 10/21/2008.
