Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with parkinsonism and was treated with Pergolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure, mitral valve incompetence, oedema, tricuspid valve incompetence. Pergolide dosage: 3 MG; QD; PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
