Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Pergolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure, cardiac valve disease, chordae tendinae rupture, dyspnoea, mitral valve disease, mitral valve incompetence, pleural effusion, pulmonary hypertension . Pergolide dosage: 2.25 MG QDAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
