Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Pergolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, lymphadenopathy mediastinal, monocytosis, osteitis deformans, pleural effusion, pleural fibrosis, weight decreased. Pergolide dosage: 1.5 MG; TID;. During the same period patient was treated with MADOPAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, cough, dyspnoea, lymphadenopathy mediastinal, monocytosis, osteitis deformans, pleural effusion, pleural fibrosis, weight decreased. Pergolide dosage: PO ; 1.5 MG;TID;PO. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pergolide dosage: 1.5 MG/ 3 DAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
