Pergolide and anxiety Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Pergolide Side Effects Report #4698473-2
Pergolide side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 02, 2005. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Pergolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , aortic valve incompetence, autonomic nervous system imbalance, dyspnoea, fall , orthostatic hypotension, radius fracture. Pergolide dosage: 2.7 MG DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MOTILIUM, SINEMET, SEROPRAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure, dyspnoea, dystonia , mitral valve incompetence, oedema peripheral, tricuspid valve disease, ventricular hypertrophy. Pergolide dosage: 4.75 MG;DAILY;ORAL ; 6 MG;DAILY;ORAL ; 8 MG;DAILY;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, AMANTADINE, SELEGILINE, LEVODOPA, OXAZEPAM, ZOLPIDEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, AMANTADINE, SELEGILINE, LEVODOPA, OXAZEPAM, ZOLPIDEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
