Pergolide side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on July 07, 2005. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Pergolide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akinesia, aortic valve incompetence, arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, condition aggravated, dilatation ventricular, dyspnoea exertional, ejection fraction decreased, mitral valve incompetence. Pergolide dosage: 5 MG/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MODOPAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pergolide dosage: 1.25 MG/3 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PROLOPA, MYSOLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
