Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Perdiem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastric ulcer, myocardial infarction. Perdiem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN, ELAVIL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, ZESTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
