After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, amnesia, balance disorder, headache , heart rate decreased, mental impairment, nasopharyngitis. Percocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANDROGEL, CARDIZEM, ZOLOFT, DEPAKOTE, WELLBUTRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
