Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with stress ulcer, cerebral infarction, diabetes mellitus, diabetic neuropathy, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Pepcid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, hepatic function abnormal, renal impairment, rhabdomyolysis. Pepcid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, GLUCOBAY, AMARYL, KINEDAK, BEZATOL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
