After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, hepatic function abnormal, renal impairment, rhabdomyolysis. Pepcid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, GLUCOBAY, AMARYL, KINEDAK, BEZATOL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
