Female patient, weighting 131.0 lb, was diagnosed with graft versus host disease and was treated with Pentostatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, urine output decreased. Pentostatin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute. Pentostatin dosage: 4 MG/M2 IV Q 3 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, LEVOTHYROXINE, SIMVASTATIN, EPOETIN ALFA RECOMB, BACTRIM DS, TYLENOL W, BENADRYL, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, RITUXAN. Patient died on 01/13/2008.
