Male patient, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with graft versus host disease and was treated with Pentostatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: biopsy liver abnormal, blood bilirubin increased, blood glucose fluctuation, cholelithiasis, graft versus host disease. Pentostatin dosage: 4 MG/M2 IV OVER 20-30 MINUTES EVERY 2 WEEKS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, biopsy liver abnormal, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, cholelithiasis, diabetes mellitus inadequate control. Pentostatin dosage: 4MG/M2 IV OVER 20-30 MINUTES EVERY 2 WEEKS PATIENT RECEIVED 1 COURSE 6/10/05 AND A 2ND ON 6/24/05. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pentostatin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/16/2005.
