Pentostatin Side Effects Report #5229272-0
Pentostatin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 26, 2007. Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with t-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Pentostatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, diffuse alveolar damage, hyperglycaemia, hypernatraemia, hypotension, malnutrition, pneumonia
, respiratory acidosis. Pentostatin dosage: 6.24 MG WEEKLY IV. During the same period patient was treated with CAMPATH, FAMOTIDINE, FLUCONAZOLE, ALLOPURINOL, ALPRAZOLAM, VORICONAZOLE, VALACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/19/2007.Pentostatin Side Effects Report #5227368-0

Pentostatin dosage: 6.24 MG WEEKLY IV. During the same period patient was treated with CAMPATH, FAMOTIDINE, FLUCONAZOLE, ALLOPURINOL, ALPRAZOLAM, VORICONAZOLE, VALACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized.
