Pentazocine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 18, 2005. Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with abdominal pain , calculus ureteric and was treated with Pentazocine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, depressed level of consciousness, po2 increased, respiratory rate decreased, shock. Pentazocine dosage: 15 MG, ONCE, INTRAMUSCULAR; 10:50. During the same period patient was treated with PENTAZOCINE LACTATE, IOHEXOL. Patient recovered.
