Pentazocine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 04, 2008. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Pentazocine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hyperbilirubinaemia, pyrexia. Pentazocine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
