Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 142.0 lb, was diagnosed with tooth abscess and was treated with Pentazocine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bed rest, disorientation, muscular weakness, nausea . Pentazocine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
