Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Pentasa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, atrial fibrillation , blood alkaline phosphatase increased, c-reactive protein increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hyperaesthesia, hyperhidrosis, leukocytosis, liver function test abnormal. Pentasa dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
