Pentamidine Side Effects Report #5096952-X
Pentamidine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 31, 2006. Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, prophylaxis and was treated with Pentamidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, cough, dyspnoea, salivary hypersecretion. Pentamidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PENTAMIDINE ISETHIONATE, PENTAMIDINE ISETHIONATE. Patient recovered.
