Penlac side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 10, 2007. Female patient, weighting 210.4 lb, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Penlac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, antinuclear antibody increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, carpal tunnel syndrome What is  carpal tunnel syndrome, dermatomyositis, fibromyalgia. Penlac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, PREVACID, VICODIN, AMBIEN, VITAMIN CAP, SKELAXIN, CLIMARA. Patient recovered.
