After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety What is  anxiety, body dysmorphic disorder, confusional state, fear, hallucination, auditory, hallucination, visual, hoigne's syndrome, swollen tongue. Penicillin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
