Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , sepsis  and was treated with Penicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema multiforme, rash , stevens-johnson syndrome. Penicillin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with lymphadenopathy, oropharyngeal pain and was treated with Penicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , mucosal haemorrhage, multi-organ failure, stevens-johnson syndrome, systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Penicillin dosage: 500MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN VK, AZITHROMYCIN, LISINOPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LIDOCAINE, VICODIN, ACULAR, SKELAXIN. Patient died on 09/07/2008.
