Female patient, 19 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Penicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyspepsia, dysphagia, lip swelling, oedema peripheral, pruritus, rash , throat tightness, tuberculosis skin test positive. Penicillin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, chest pain , oedema peripheral, pruritus, swelling face, urticaria. Penicillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, IBUPROFEN, ACETAMINOPHEN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Penicillin dosage: 500MG FOUR TIMES DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, IBUPROFEN, ACETAMINOPHEN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
