After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial haemorrhage, dysuria, hypotension, necrotising fasciitis, procedural hypotension, respiratory rate increased, scrotal ulcer, streptococcal infection . Penicillin dosage: 600 MG-QID-PO. During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN G, HUMULIN R, HUMULIN N, GENTAMICIN, CLINDAMYCIN.
