Penfill side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Jan 05, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus insulin-dependent and was treated with Penfill. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose decreased, blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure systolic increased, decreased appetite, device failure, ketoacidosis, malaise, muscle spasms. Penfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOVOLOG, METFORMIN, BASEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
