Penfill Side Effects Report #5672128-X
Penfill side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Mar 13, 2008. Female patient, weighting 83.78 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, ulcer , prophylaxis, polyuria, anaemia and was treated with Penfill. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, gastric ulcer, neutrophil count decreased, upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection , white blood cell count decreased. Penfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAKEPRON, BUFFERIN, LASIX, SPIRONOLACTONE, MUCOSTA, FERROMIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus, hypertension, anaemia, gastritis and was treated with Penfill. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood immunoglobulin e increased, hepatic encephalopathy, injection site induration, rash . Penfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MILFADIN, FOLIAMIN, ADONA, RIKAVARIN, RADEN, AMOBAN, NORVASC. Patient recovered.
