Penciclovir side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from GERMANY on May 02, 2006. Female patient was diagnosed with herpes simplex  and was treated with Penciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site burn, application site erythema, burns first degree. Penciclovir dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
