Pemetrexed side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 24, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with thymoma and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, chills, dysphagia, erosive duodenitis, gastritis erosive, haematocrit decreased, infection , lung infiltration. Pemetrexed dosage: 1075 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, DARVOCET, AMOXICILLIN, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
