Pemetrexed side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 13, 2005. Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood potassium decreased, cholecystitis, hypokalaemia. Pemetrexed dosage: 500 MG/M2 OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATINE, LASIX, TENORMIN, OMEPRAZOLE, ALLOPURINOL, DEANXIT, ALPRAZ, LORMETAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
