Male patient, weighting 104.7 lb, was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma malignant recurrent, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, haemoglobin decreased, pericardial effusion, platelet count decreased, white blood cell count decreased. Pemetrexed dosage: 500 MG/M2, OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, PANVITAN, CYANOCOBALAMIN, GLIMICRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
