Pegintron side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 07, 2006. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis c  and was treated with Pegintron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: complications of transplanted liver, deep vein thrombosis , disease recurrence, hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, hepatic neoplasm malignant, hepatitis c , liver transplant , liver transplant rejection. Pegintron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIBAVIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
